(Coat - Urban Outfitters, Clutch - Capulet London)
My December has had a pretty delightful start! Yesterday I went to London, which I always enjoy. There's an energy and such a diversity there, that makes it hard to get back on to the train and go home. Although, we managed to do a lot for just the day; I saw the Klein + Moriyama exhibition at the Tate, which was amazing. William Klein is such an inspiration - his street photography is incredible and relevant and, despite his indifference towards fashion, he created iconic images for Vogue (to anyone in the UK, there's a great programme with him on BBC iPlayer!). I've already gone through his book three times since buying it yesterday...I'm rambling, aren't I? Well, we also saw the Death exhibition and the Medicine Man exhibitions at Wellcome Collection, which were trés intriguing (I can now cross seeing Napoleon's toothbrush off the bucket list) and Henry Wellcome's treasures are so random, but it makes ever such an interesting collection. I even went to Somerset House for the Valentino exhibition, but the queue was unbelievable - so I guess I can bet on it being good!
It's a shame that I haven't got too many photos to upload - my memory card broke just before I left yesterday, which meant I had to rely on one which could only save a few photos! Amongst them I thought I'd take a quick picture of myself - this coat has been a pretty good investment, seeing as it gets me through the Winters successfully. I also took this great clutch from Capulet London, which I will post about next week - here's just a little peep!
Hopefully I'll be returning to London again soon with a camera that can take more than a few snaps. It's definitely one of my favourite places to visit. Where's yours?
Have a wonderful week,
Eva xxx
